The Brand and Marketing team plays a crucial role in shaping our brand identity. Our multidisciplinary creatives design compelling, immersive, and multisensory brand experiences that bring our product stories to life. Working closely with teams across Charco Group and trusted external partners, we craft a cohesive creative vision, amplifying it strategically across various channels to engage and inspire our target audiences.
Job Purpose
We are seeking a passionate Marketing Specialist with mid to senior-level experience to join our growing marketing team. This role is instrumental in developing and implementing B2C strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and growth for Gable Mortgages and related brands. The ideal candidate will bring a successful track record in digital marketing, advertising, and campaign management, with a strong understanding of the mortgage or financial services industry. A creative and strategic thinker with “big ideas” will thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Brand Director to shape and refine marketing strategies, with a focus on consumer insights and behaviour.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and offline channels to engage target audiences.
- Align campaigns with brand messaging and enhance engagement through innovative approaches.
- Analyse market trends and customer insights to identify and leverage new growth opportunities.
- Oversee the creation of diverse marketing content, including print materials, social media posts, and website content.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support integrated marketing initiatives.
- Assist with budget planning and allocation for marketing activities.
Key Requirements
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, design, or art direction, ideally within technical or product-driven sectors.
