We set clear hours for clarity and calm. Our standard working hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and we tend to stick to core working hours. We have a hybrid work policy with two days a week in the office. Different cadence? No problem. You’re in control of your start and end times, as long as outcomes are delivered. You’ll also have the chance to connect with the team at our monthly get-togethers. Achieving a work-life balance is important to us and our policies that support your personal well-being.

Thursdays and Fridays are reserved for remote work, if you like, giving you control over your commute and more time to concentrate on what matters.
