Jacqui has spent over a decade shaping brands with an artist’s eye and a strategist’s precision. She has a passion for creating brands that resonate, inspire, and endure. At Charco Holdings she is responsible for the brand narrative and a diverse global portfolio, ensuring that each brand identity in the group authentically reflects its unique promise.
She started her career at Interbrand, where she swiftly progressed, garnering industry accolades for her strategic insights and creative brilliance. Subsequent roles at Bell Pottinger and Bladonmore in London expanded her expertise, culminating in two prestigious Trans MENA awards for Best New Brand and Best Creative Strategy. Her innovative work at agencies Geometry Global and Ogilvy in Cape Town also garnered recognition, including a special mention for the “Re-style for Gumtree” campaign.
Joining JUMO, a leading fintech dedicated to financial inclusion in Africa, gave her the opportunity to leverage her deep understanding of African markets to establish a strong brand identity in a competitive landscape.

Jacqui holds a BA in Visual Studies from the University of Pretoria and a BA in Communications Management from Vega, the Brand Communications School and has completed advance training under Ernst de Jong at his Fine Art school.
